Weaver Industries, Inc. was founded by Harold S. Weaver. At the outset, the company was called Weaver Pattern Works, and Mr. Weaver supplied local foundries with patterns made in the basement of his home. This modest beginning has grown into a 60,000 + square-foot plant that can machine the largest pieces of graphite that are made. Products range from tiny components of only a few ounces to huge, 10-ton equipment for the steel industry. Weaver Industries company and logo colors, green and white, were carefully selected by Harold Weaver when the business began. The green stands for the green fields and pastures of opportunity, the opportunity for growth and freedoms. The white stands as our symbol for honesty and integrity in dealing with people, our customers, associates and employees. We strive to keep these thoughts in our minds as we conduct our daily business and are proud of the efforts of our company to maintain these values in all we do. Weaver Industries has grown through three generations and adapted and improved with the most current capabilities of technology and equipment. We have gone from manual machines and measurement equipment, to 4th and 5th axis CNC machines and laser scanning coordinate measuring inspection abilities. Much has changed over the past 55 plus years. Technology has provided us with faster, more efficient, and more effective methods of producing your products, and material specifications and applications have continually broadened. However, over that time one thing has remained constant, and that is the pride we take in creating quality parts for you with the same integrity and honesty that our company was founded on! |
